A good entry

We attach huge important to bringing new co-workers on board successfully. In the first weeks and months, new colleagues undergo, depending on their previous experience, an individualised induction programme.
In all cases, this includes getting to know existing processes and structures as well as salient internal and external contact partners. In addition, acquiring important expert knowledge and supporting further personal development is at the forefront.
 Here we try to give each new co-worker an experienced colleague as a "mentor" in order to make the induction as pleasant and efficient as possible.
In parallel, a line manager provides simultaneous, close collaboration as well as a regular feedback consultation after three and five months.

Resting on current knowledge and success does not apply to us. We are looking for co-workers who are already working today on preparing for the challenges of the future. Therefore, we offer several targeted opportunities for further training. For example, language lessons for various levels and languages is available in many factories.
However, we also support and promote very specific further education. Some of our colleagues, for example, were trained as SAP advisors, whilst others are internal auditors,  quality operators or specialists for filter fleece materials.
In the area of scientific methodology we are also developing further, such as with the statistics software "Minitab" or the very classic Excel and PowerPoint training sessions.
Managerial development and training on the topical themes of "on-the-job" are components of personal development at TWE. Moreover, many co-workers attend technology and master colleges in their spare time, graduate in administration or business studies or undertake professional studies at weekends or in the evenings.
