What have flying eggs got to do with the selection of apprentices? 20 students at the university of Osnabrück can answer this more precisely. They developed for us a trainee selection process that, on the one hand, aims at our recognition as a modern and attractive employer, and on the other helps TWE in the selection of those who are appropriate for us amongst many young people.

Internships

Subsequently, these projects led to many further partnerships. Leonie, for example, stayed with us as an intern after a project with the university of Osnabrück and was able to participate closely in the implementation of the project. Moreover, she wrote her bachelor thesis on a TWE subject and in this way was able to make a particularly in-depth entry to the apprentice marketing field.

Activities for working students

Maike is another former intern. The first conversation with Maike took place via Skype during her semester abroad in Sweden. After that she finished several months of internship with us and independently developed sample folders for all the business units of the TWE group. Later she supported us energetically during the course of her master studies as working student in all the subject areas of marketing.

Career start

Former apprentices also often find their way back to TWE, although our paths having parted in the meantime. Willi, for example, started his training as production mechanic, then commenced his studies and finally, together with us, wrote his bachelor thesis. Today, Willi is a colleague in product development and is able to best combine the expertise he gained through theory and practice.
