Parental leave

We think that children are doubly great - they enrich the life of our co-workers and, at the same time, promote the sales of our smart fleece materials, which are found in nappies. Many of our employees are already parents or even grandparents. Our aim is to ensure good compatibility of work and children for them. This starts with extensive advice on the subject of maternity leave, parental leave for mothers and fathers, as well as family allowances. Furthermore, we retain strong contacts with colleagues, who are planning parental leave, are right in the middle of it or are returning from parental leave, and we try to meet their requirements as much as possible. However, parents from other companies also, who cannot return to their old job after parental leave, may find interesting positions and worktime models here with us. 

 

Flexitime

Not only those who want to combine family and work are happy about great flexibility. Flexitime in administration or part-time work in production and administration regularly become reality here and therefore make it easier for our co-workers to pursue private interests. We also try to facility part-time work for limited periods of time when, for instance, particular family circumstances require this. The time account, which underpins the flexitime model, allows co-workers additional leeway. Time credits can be used in agreement with line managers in order to look after the family, to meet friends or simply to enjoy leisure time. 

 

Special leave

There are all sorts of special days: Your own wedding, silver jubilee, birth of your child or moving home are some examples of this. Together with our co-workers we are happy to support them with special leave. We are especially proud of colleagues who have voluntary jobs and try to stand behind them with individual solutions. Moreover, we promote much training and further education with study leave.
