We offer you ADLs in grammages of 30 g to 150 g, all specially tailored to your needs. They offer exceptionally high performance in the area of incontinence products, because they distribute the liquid in the end-product so effectively that liquid cannot collate in one spot in the core of the end-product, which has a positive impact on wearer comfort. Special manufacturing processes enable a triple layer to be produced. This triple-layer 'Slimcore' ADL impresses with its special structure of coarse to fine, which yields exceptional liquid distribution performance.

This also reduces the size of the absorbent core, and ultimately yields a thinner product. Here, part of the absorbent core, or the entire absorbent core, is replaced by SAP particles (Super Absorbent Polymers), such as in our innovative new development Amphibia, for example. As a result, we offer our customers both the added value of transport and warehousing cost savings, as well as the added value for the end-user that a thinner product considerably increases wearer comfort.  In addition to our Acquisition Distribution Layers, we also produce nonwovens that are used as a topsheet.

With grammages ranging from 18 g to 30 g, despite their low weight they promise excellent liquid performance, such as rewetting and strike-through. Their exceptional gentleness and softness mean they are very comfortable against the skin.

To prevent the leakage of moisture from the incontinence product, TWE has developed a backsheet with a hydrophobic finish.
